Whether you come for a Colonic or Homeopathy or both, one of the most important factors in getting you healthy again is YOU and your commitment. It has often taken many years for you to get to this point of ill health, and now it is time for you to feel healthy again, otherwise you are probably going to feel as bad as you do now for the rest of your life! (Or in some cases you are going to feel even worse.)
So the good news is that for many of you, it is very possible to feel healthy and vital, and you are the one in control of that! If any health practitioner ever tells you they have a magic pill to cure all of your ills, then they are winding you up.
I can give you the support, guidance, knowledge and tools. I can take the daily stress of toxins out of your colon, or a Homeopathic pill to stimulate your own healing process, but at the end of the day, you are the one responsible for improving your health.

More On Responsibility
Since the time of Louis Pasteur and his work with ‘The Germ Theory’ we have believed in the western world that disease is caused by bacteria and viruses from an external cause. This was great for us. Antibiotics and penicillin were going to cure everything. So this let us off the hook. It meant that we no longer had to take responsibility for our own health. And there is nothing we can do about our health anyway, because we are going to be attacked by germs whether we like it or not. You can probably sense that I don’t actually agree with this theory, and you are right.
Also alive at this time was another French scientist called Antoine Bechamp. He believed that our cells contain different bacteria and viruses all the time, but they are only able to take hold and cause disease if our cells are dysfunctional. So what makes our cells dysfunctional? Well here are some of the culprits: toxins, acid forming foods, (meat, dairy, wheat, sugar,) chemicals in food, chemicals in skin and hair products, pollution, medical drugs, cigarettes, recreational drugs, alcohol, high salt intake, fizzy drinks, tea and coffee and of course, stress, fear, guilt, anger, anxiety and any other negative thoughts and feelings. Do I need to say more?
Achieving Vitality
Yes it is possible, and that’s the exciting part, but you will:
- Need to put time and effort in
- Need to take responsibility
- Have to make changes to your diet and lifestyle
- Need to make some commitments
- And it will also cost you money
So are you ready to give it a go?
Let me help you answer that question.
Do you want to feel healthy, energised, passionate, excited by life, fit and agile and free from your usual ailments.
Or would you rather feel, tired, lethargic, bloated and irritable with aches and pains.
Is there really any contest?
